Open Call

Our images have appeared in advertising campaigns across the world. We provide royalty-free images to graphic designers, and we are constantly looking to expand our collection. We are currently looking to expand our collection of images of people. We have a role for you.

We want to bring new, distinctive faces to the stock photography game. We are especially eager to work people between the ages of 55 and 65, adults between the ages of 25 and 45, and families with small children. Anyone we hire and photograph will be fully compensated (by payment or images) for their time.

Please email us at info@paradisal.ca with a recent photograph, contact information and brief description about yourself. Selected applicants will be contacted to schedule times. To check us out online please visit www.paradisal.ca

More of our Royalty-Free favorites…

Having to work with beautiful photos is a dream job and once in a while we get the chance to sit down and pull aside some of our favourite Royalty-Free Offerings. Here are some of mine… As Carrie Latet once said… “A photograph is memory in the raw”.

Adobe Photoshop™ Quick Tip – Removing a color cast from your images

Getting rid of an extreme colour cast can be quite a daunting task, but with a couple of easy steps you can actually fix your photos in no time. The first step is ensuring your file is in RGB (Image>Mode>RGB Color). The way in which we’re going to adjust your image will only work RGB. Next, in your select Image>Adjustments>Match Color, turn on the Neutralize checkbox and then play with the Fade setting to control the strength of the color correction that you will be applying. Unfortunately like all good tips, this won’t work with every image, but it will allow you to save a fair amount of photos that were destined to be tossed.
